Who we are
TwoBridge Legal is a boutique commercial legal consultancy and business law firm.
We work with businesses in various sectors, including pharma, life sciences and manufacturing - sectors where the regulatory environment is complex, the operational pressures are real, and the need for senior legal judgement is constant.
We are deliberately small and senior-led, structured to give our clients a legal partner who is embedded in how their business works, focused on what matters, and available on a flexible basis, whether that's ongoing support, a specific project, or something in between.
How we work
Every engagement starts with getting to know your business properly. The contracts, the risk profile, the commercial pressures, the decisions that land on your desk. That context shapes everything - it's what allows the legal advice to be genuinely useful rather than technically correct.
From there, we work in whatever way makes most sense for where you are. Some clients want ongoing support with a senior lawyer available as a natural extension of their team. Others need focused help on a specific project or matter. We're comfortable with both, and with everything in between.
What stays consistent is the quality of the work and the seniority of the person doing it.
